My December 100 (Late Start and All)

just to clarify, i didn’t just start up an exercise routine and do 15 miles in 2 hours. I’ve had a pretty steady routine for about a year and am trying to get off of running for the sake of my knees but I can’t find anything that feels as good as running does.

I’ve been quantifying my workouts by calories and I think that miles may be better.  I will not beau myself up if I cannot make 100 by the end of the month because a. I started late and b. holiday travel.

I’m just joining to see where I’m at mile wise.
