I’ve decided to start including weights as a more detailed log for myself.
Working on this and coming in late has really helped me figure out how I want to track my fitness goals for next month. Since I won’t be able to exercise much while I am at home, I’m not going to get too down on myself for not finishing but I am going to try my damndest!
